RACE NIGHTS

Bring all the excitement of the racetrack straight to your event with our fully hosted Race Night experience. We set up a large screen and run up to eight thrilling races throughout the evening — usually horse racing, but greyhound/dog races can be included too.

Before each race, we open the tote so guests can get involved by purchasing tickets and placing their bets using the official race card, which lists all the runners for each race. Tickets can be set at either 50p or £1, with winnings paid out after every race. The fewer tickets sold, the bigger the potential payout — adding even more suspense and fun - see information below.

If you’re running a fundraiser or charity event, we can hold back a percentage from each race to help boost your total. There’s also the option to run a raffle for the final race, giving guests the chance to win even bigger prizes.

To keep the atmosphere buzzing, we play music between each race, building anticipation and keeping the energy high from start to finish.

HOW IT WORKS..

The prices (below) include the big screen & projector, horse/dog races, race cards for the tables, a raffle book and of course we play music in between the races. We also bring a float. The race tickets depend on how many people you would expect to attend. Generally, we go for the 40 tickets per horse (8 horses per race x 8 races). People can purchase more than 1 ticket so certain horses may sell out quickly.

We can retain a percentage from each race which we would give back to you to help cover the cost of tickets. We can also send you a report of what was paid out on the night.
