11.1 The Marquee is available for use only on the hire date.
11.2 All booking enquiries must complete our online enquiry form and include images of where the Marquee will be set up. The more images the better to help us determine if the area is suitable.
11.3 The area for set up must be level, firm and free from any obstructions. Access must be easily available.
11.4 A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance will be due 14 days before hire. At this time, before the balance is settled, we can determine if any bad weather/high winds are expected. If extremely high winds are present on the day and a decision is made that it would not be safe to erect the marquee, resulting in the booking being cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
11.5 Our Marquees measure 4m wide by 6m or 12m long. An additional area of 1m around the marquee is required to ensure access for securing and anchoring.
11.6 Our premium hire includes white ceiling drapes, white swags, artificial grass flooring, uplighting and a 2kw heater.
11.7 An additional damage deposit of £100 is required and to be paid 14 days before hire. This payment is to be made via our secure online card payment system and refunded following collection. The refunded payment can take up to 5 days to complete.
11.8 We cannot be held responsible for damage to concealed or buried pipes, cables or other services or features unless their positions have been clearly marked on the site by the Hirer.
11.9 We cannot be held responsible for damage to garden furniture, ornaments and other items which should be removed from the site before we arrive to commence erecting or clearing the equipment.
11.10 The hirer is responsible in ensuring the Marquee is empty before the arranged collection time.
11.11 Any quotation including the use of heating or lighting is made on the assumption that a suitable and sufficient power point is available within 25 meters of the Marquee.
11.12 The hire charges do not include any repairs or making good that may be required to the site.
